Stock options: Was supposedly give a multi-year incentive for execs. to share in the increase in stock value they created. Instead management used it as a free ride on shareholder equity, Dell being one of the biggest culprits. It may be more of not understanding the risks they are putting SE to. But ignorance is no excuse. My broker won't hesitate calling my margin. Why should the boards hesitate to cancel the stock option or mark them to cost to SE when SE is raided for derivative losses? what is amazing is that Dell shareholders think it is ok to raid SE. As losing as you are agreeing to be raped, I guess it becomes consent.
