Cautious, but nevertheless Bullish guidance, from CYMI:

"Though we continue to see signs that could be interpreted as precursors to an upturn -- such as increased orders for capacity-related equipment and growth in our consumables and spares business -- utilization rates of our light sources turned flat to slightly lower late in the second quarter. We believe these utilization rates could continue through the third quarter. Additionally, we have not become engaged with our customers in the kind of ramp planning we would expect to experience if a sustainable upturn were going to be underway before the end of 2002. We have said for more than a year, and continue to believe today, that an upturn is most likely to begin very late this year, or in the first part of 2003."
