Actually, that quote goes to the heart and soul of what makes up political discourse from liberal Democrats these days. Let's see if I can find a few phrases... George Bush is not very smart. George Bush is not really the President Cheney is. Ronald Reagan was dumb and suffering from senility. Bill Clinton is smart. Republicans want a spy in every home. Republicans want to starve our children. Republicans want to starve the elderly George Bush knew about the terrorist attack but let it happen anyway. George Bush is the single cause of our stock market decline. And on and on....
