Very true. Even more important than European respect are the damage to US reputation by attacks and military support on 200 occasions in the past 50 years around the world. Neither conservatives nor non-conservatives seem to care enough about that. Everyone is taken in by the "These guys are just like Hitler!" routine, hypnotized by the government-industrial complex anxious to make war and have industrial hegemony over the world using the American military by deceiving the taxpayer. Meanwhile we get more vicious terrorists, finally on our home soil. Then, you get Ann Coulter types who scream "kill them all, NOW, and threaten liberals that they will be killed next!", and "liberals are worse than terrorists!". Amazing that these hysterical Death Cultists think the American populace would support them, if given an honest election.
