UBS Warburg and the Gallup Organization said investor optimism sank to an all-time low in July, with the Index of Investors Optimism down to 46 from 72 in June.

In July, only 32 percent of investors said they were optimistic about the prospects for the financial markets over the next year -- down from 38 percent in June. Moreover, less than half of those surveyed in July -- 47 percent -- are optimistic about the nation's economy in the short-term vs. 55 percent a month ago.

Brett, sigh..............

Most Folks don't know that Widespread Panic is a very cool Jam band... that probably can out fish Phish.... and give you visions of The Dead Playing Haight-Asbury Gig's circa 1965-66.

..... with a bit more structure.

Ask LostDood... he's down on the music scene. seeing that he's up in Austin.
