There are a couple of stocks that I have been following that have shown unusual strength in the last week. Biotech seems to have bottomed ahead of the rest of the market There are a few that look good. AMGN reported and is up in premarket activity. CELG seems to have made a bottom. In High Tech, CREE has done very wel in the last week. I am looking to accumulate these and may sell some puts on them. Ro
