WCOME now up 44%; this one is carefully guided down and then bought every time Sidgmore speaks it seems. Not sure that much about bankruptcy Connor but if they don't get the business back on track eventually then shareholders are screwed. All other creditors will get paid first.

The reason it is up apparently is that there is a chance they can operate more as a real business during bankruptcy (at least for a time that the courts decide). Somebody else may have a better answer for you but that's the bottom line. Creditors will stay away for awhile. I'm not actually feeling they can survive long term but who knows?
