John,

JDSU at 2-4 is ok in my book in the long run. I will be watching their cash burn rate very closely for the next several quarters though.

best regards,
larry

John,

I bought my first batch of QQQ at 22.50 this afternoon. Am willing to add to long positions at NAZ 1100 and 1000. Will add more probably every 100 point down. There is a good possibility that NAZ can climb to at least 2000, maybe 2500 in 10 years. That should outperform the bond by a wide margin.

Gold is also a wild card. I believe that it can climb to 250-280 within the next 12 months. However, I am not sure whether we need to buy gold if we see deflation, as so many gurus suggest. Inflation is another story.

good luck,
larry
