the poeple who bot the offering knew that the new shares would dilute the company by about a third so they probably asked for price 50% lower when they signed....
total shares went from 8 to 12 million

earnings today

showed downturn in automotive and electronic areas...
increased revenues in architectural

overall lower revenues from last year...not a good sign after spending all that money on upgrade capacity..

also eps was same as last year and that does not yet include the dilution from 8 to 12 million shares...

looks like swtx being affected by the downturn in economy and when that hits achitecture/housing as well then revenues will really get hit...

i still think this is good company for the long term but short term may have further downside selling pressure in stock as revenues decline....

i'm glad they used higher stock price before to access new capital to clean up its balance sheet to survive probable downturn
