i absolutely agree that people in general have "psychological impediments" that keep them from successful short term trading. no doubt about it, it is not for everyone. then again, most of us have "psychological impediments" keeping us from winning the nobel prize in theoretical physics. that doesn't mean there aren't rational approaches that lead to success for some people. ps i'm glad you're not taking my post as an attack, because it was not intended as such. i'm glad there is such a diversity of opinion because what works for me today may not work tomorrow and out of that diversity may come my next approach to the market. for now, i'm living and dying with the 15-minute chart that has been sooo good to me for the past four months. good luck!
