Tony Blair is in little danger politically- if the war against Saddam is successful. The Tories are in complete disarray, and their best known leader (Maggie) supports the war on terror. Most Brits are quite aware of their vulnerabilities to Islamic terrorists, and will welcome any serious effort to make their world safer. The political danger for Bush and Blair would be in prosecuting another war which failed to uproot Saddam Hussein or Bin Laden.
