Some talkin head said today shows 'the maturity' of todays investor over 1987, they have a wiser sense of the longterm view. This be totally insane. They have suffered losses far far greater than in 1987.
But they are obedient to the word, longterm. max

here is a list of gold/silvers I like (except Newmont)

finance.yahoo.com

I like to observe Newmont, but not invest in it
NEM is considered a leader, a huge producer
but I think it is too large now, overpaid for some recent acquisitions, and bought some highrisk with acqn's hedgebooks

I own some SEA.V, highly leveraged stock, highcost producer
paradoxically, the lowest cost producers will see the smallest share price appreciation
the marginal mine owners will see decent appreciation
but the highcost mine owners will see outsized gains
their shares act like gold options (surely suffer if gold falters)
