16:09 ET INRANGE tops consensus; reaffirms outlook for Q3 and Q4 (INRG) 3.79 -0.16: Posts a Q2 pro forma loss of $0.01 a share, $0.02 better than the Multex consensus. Revs declined 24% to $52.8 mln. Based on current conditions, co is comfortable with consensus estimates for Q3 and Q4.

16:07 ET Quest Diagnostics beats by 4 cents, issues guidance above consensus (DGX) : -- Update -- Reports Q2 pro forma EPS of $0.87, $0.04 better than the Multex consensus; revs were $1.07 bln, in line with consensus. Expects 2002 pro forma EPS of $3.07-$3.12 and rev growth of 13-14% (about $4.10-$4.14 bln), vs consensus of $3.06 and $4.13 bln.

16:07 ET KEMET beats by two cents (KEM) 14.20 -0.90: Reports Q1 (Jun) earnings of $0.04 per share, $0.02 better than the Multex consensus of $0.02; Q1 revs were $124.0 million vs the consensus estimate of $122.6 million.

16:05 ET JDA Software meets guidance (JDAS) 11.27 +0.03: Post Q2 net of $0.18 a share, $0.01 better than the Multex consensus and in line with guidance of $0.18-$20. Revs rose 14% to $57.6 mln (consensus $57 mln).
