Gottfried, We heard Morgan this morning state that AMAT is working on .65 nanometer circuitry. Locally, we investors are asking how small is .65 nanometer as compared to one micron, which we understand is approximately the size of a human hair. Morgan stated that currently the SEMI is working on .13 micron circuitry.

Please explain for us non engineers. <ggg>

Where is Katherine. She could expand on this question and what she is seeing.
