That's part of the story. It omits the efforts by Nasser to have the Tiran issue to be settled in court, and the rejection of this effort by Israel. It omits the fact that Israel hardly used Tiran anyway. Also, no mention of the 1954 Lavon Affair, where Israel planted bombs in Egypt. Also, no mention of the 1952 peace treaty offered to Israel by all of the Arab confrontation states, rejected by Israel. Also, no mention who the fedayeen were. They were Bedouins that Israel had brutally expelled from their land following the 1948 War, as part of Israel's regular violations of demilitarized zones.
