Kaliico, when analysts start to assume or make guesses, they get in trouble, at least with me. When a stock has never disappointed and yet is down over 65% from 52 week highs with a very low PE, I get suspicious that the analyst's firm is short or wants to help tank a quality stock so they can pick it up cheaper. Of course, even if that analyst was honest, and even if right, the stock should not have tanked as much as it did. See, that's the key.

BTW - a major firm came out with a "Buy" at the same time, which was ignored.

I like ITRI between here and $17. I think it could run to $20 very quickly when the Market decides enough is enough and has a temporary rally soon.
