As a reporter you should have your facts straight,,,,,Avila has not plead not guilty in the Rummions case. His attorney entered No Plea or 'nolo contendre' Not factual guilt as you state...And the reasoning behind this prevents a later trial such as an appeal hearing from using a guilty plea against him...So it is false to say they're all holding out...If one were to plead guilty then any future chances for an appeal are out the window. Thank God you are not my attorney Ms. Kwon Please verfiy this then return here with an appology. Second, it may be not be inferred by the defendant exercising his right not to testify or entering such a plea as an admission of guilt as you clearly are trying to make here in your argument. Finally, with regards to your inside info of so called "Nicaragua paper trails" Why do you have access to this information? Please provide a link to your source and Prove what you claim. I am sure the Judge will admonish the prosecution for releasing such information in a blatant attempt to taint witnesses.
