This is exactly what Bill Clinton said, and he is being a real maverick in saying so. It is obvious to me that this is all a show for him. And that really ticks me off.

Let's work on stopping the spread of AIDS in the first place. Education, education, education. Teach abstinence, monogamy, or at the very least how to use a condom. Why throw money at drugs that cost $10 a pill and only delays the inevitable, when we can use the money more efficiently for testing and prevention? The race for a cure or a vaccine will continue, but unfortunately that's not going to yield a lot of results anytime soon.

That's why I am just as angry at Clinton as I was when he lied about Monica Lewinsky. He just doesn't give a damn, and he's certainly intelligent enough to know better.
