Only the partisan and/or ignorant think this economy is Bush's fault...Actually the economy is SOLID, AND IMPROVING...it's the stock market that is doing poorly, due to a huge bubble of the past several years and corporate GREED and DISHONESTY, most of which was perpetrated during Clinton's administration and is just coming to light...Give the president time to do his job...this is not a quick fix...of course you don't want to hear that, you have a different agenda...

Clinton's 'expertise' was to create a downward spiraling economy toward the end of his term and hand it over to Bush to correct.
And while he was sabotaging the economy for his own gain (or that of his teammates) a little known group called al Qaeda was plotting to turn our world upside down, and that, too, would fall in Bush's lap.
So, you tell me, if the Democrats are so interested in working toward a desirable improvement in the economy and national security, why do they thwart meaningful efforts of the current administration?
It's because they want to regain control of the White House at any cost. Their method of achieving this is to criticize Bush for his attempts to make things better. Bush doesn't promote more and more social benefit programs. Democrats, on the other hand, are more than willing to point to curtailment of funds destined to be handouts as signs that Bush et al are favoring their Big Business buddies over the poor and needy. Well, why do we have a 'poor and needy' in the first place?!
What the Democrats fail to admit is that their penchant for creating welfare-type programs has created a country of lazy, uninspired drones who know they don't have to work to get by. And these drones are begetting more and more drones and teaching them to follow in their parents' footsteps (and vote the Democratic party line). Of course, these parent-drones don't want to see their free lifestyles dry up so they are going to vote to promote more Democrats in office.
So, what kind of drones are droning on about Bush's shortcomings in this forum? Is there a Democrat-crafted program to provide computers to drones so they can post on bulletin boards? That's one I wasn't previously aware of.
