Put another way, if you have two males, and you know nothing about them other than one
has been in prison and the other one hasn't, then you know that the one in prison has a 60
percent likelihood of committing a crime while the one not in prison has less than a ten
percent likelihood.


More accurately, one should say not "of committing a crime" but "of being caught and convicted of committing a crime." They can be quite different things, especially as regards white collar crime.

Drugs must be decriminalized- imo.
It is inhumane to criminalize them. The burden of criminalization falls on the poor, and people of color.
