I am going to go with the indicators and their historical performance at extremities and hold my positions. If the DOW tanks another 1500 in the next week, VIX hits 70 and McLellan oscillator hits -500, then I will have lost some money and you can then say "I told you so!!".

If you are certain of your convictions that "Its different this time", will you be taking short positions?

My trading port was up today, my IRAs would have been up if not for PGO. Maybe I'm feeling a little bulletproof. I'm not bragging, usually when I do (brag) I get it up the arse the next day. So I may be singing a different tune tomorrow.
