Guilt by association. Since his father and brother are radical moslem extremists, they may have known something was going down and when. How can you know what Elgindy knew about 9-11???? How do you know his father and brother didn't warn him given their contacts in the moslem world???? Prior to 9-11, the moslems were passing out calendars to children in the middle east with the display of an airplane flying into a skyscraper. Do you think that perhaps this was just incidental? His comments and actions can't be just simply written off as incidental to the situation.
