Most of the tax cut never hit. It's a work in progress. Inconvenient for the Dems, who have publicly stated their desire for a depression "to pick up 40 House seats". The people will hold them responsible for holding up the return of their stolen money, as well as for-one more time-siding with the ENEMY in a war. As for the 80% of the tax cut the Marxist/Leninists denied us until 2005, the new Republican Senate will put it on line early next year, while the Stalinists who got kicked out of the Congress will lick their wounds (and probably each other) in worthless think tanks...
