Ali, anyone who knowingly committed fraud should be punished. I don't think Brian is asking for investors to be reimbursed for their losses, or else he and I and everyone else will want our cut.

All of us "investors" were investing with the idea that the rules of the game were being upheld. If they change the goalline in the middle of a football game, that would be OK with you? Apparently so from the sound of your post.
