Mani, Re: "Who cares? Stock is over valued based on its earnings. It will continue to underperform. You can post 500 times a day making a case for Intel's superiority, it won't change a thing."

It always cracks me up that any issue brought up about AMD instantly turns into an issue about Intel. Meanwhile, you continue to ignore AMD's precarious situation, while just assuming that they'll be "ok" until the next product line arrives (at which point I suppose they become a favorable stock?). Where are your fundamentals now, Mani? You can go ahead and post 500 times a day defending the underdog, but it still won't change the fact that their best weapon has been to commoditize the market and lower prices enough to steal share from Intel. Granted, if this had long term prospects, there is enough Intel share for AMD to do well, but I should think that the cyclical pattern that AMD has gone through for the past two decades should indicate to you that they are more bark than bite. I see no long term prospects for AMD, since they will lose their lead each and every time; however, I do see short term pain, and as a suggestion, I would find this a good time to get out of AMD stock, while it's still above $8.
