PGS: Selg deg ut........ PGO: Sell your holdings That is the headline in the Financial Review under technical analysis for PGS. That was at NKr.22 Today the stock is selling for NKr 15.50 in Oslo. Down ~5% in early trading. Brokers ASC & DSE dumped >62K PGS soon after the opening bell. Other articles suggest the merger may not proceed due to PGS' financial position. Whatever, PGS will have to produce US$200mil. Money they do not have. The sale of Atlantis is not likely to proceed in time so a share issue could be another way of raising cash - not a good time to go to the market asking for funds. If this is the only way the merger can proceed the value of PGS/PGO will be diluted. FWIW - I took my loss last week and sold out @ ~$2.45. My problem is that I read Norwegian - LOL Good luck - hope it is a winner for you. Kristiansen sper på: - Aksjen etablerte et nytt salgssignal når den falt under 22. Svake markedsutsikter rapportert fra Western Geco forsterker fallet i PGS. Aksjen viser tydelig svak teknisk utvikling innen en allerede svak sektor. Vi anbefaler å benytte styrke i aksjen til å selge ut en eventuell beholdning eller å vurdere short-salg, skriver megleren. PGS-aksjen er sist omsatt for 17 kroner på Oslo Børs, ned 2,9 prosent fra fredag.
