max, my response had absolutely nothing to do w/your issue w/syl. it was just a general response to BGR and wasn't intended as sarcasm. i KNOW you guys have been butting heads but don't generalise about my perception of you based on that. i don't care if you're a bear or a bull. you call it like you see it. i DO know you're NOT a pig and that's all that matters to me wrt the character of your posts. i think the quote is attributed to Ben Graham, "Bear markets bottoms ignore all good news, bull market tops ignore all bad news." fwiw, from Will Rogers: "Making money in the stock market is easy.
