When a stock is down to $2 the overall downside risk isn't much in absolute terms, even if it could be 100% in the event of a BK. PGO shares are now a no-expiration call option on the stock.

What causes the BK, that's what I don't see. The short-term danger seems far more apparent than real. If PGO had been bleeding cash for several quarters with no hope of getting back on track, then I could see a reason to worry.
