Thanks, I did find that interesting ... especially coming from the Washington Post. I believe the "Gay Priesthood" issue is progressing through stages, and perhaps is coming out of the "denial" stage. Once it is acknowledged that a strong gay culture exists in the seminaries, then there will be more thoughtful consideration of its implications in all respects ... including its connection, if any, to the epidemic of priestly child abuse. Uncomfortable or not, such issues need to be faced forthrightly.
