Enron doesn't have any money left for angry investors and former employees to go after. But if it can be shown that Citicorp and JPM helped Enron falsify publicly-reported data, they would be vulnerable to claims for damages. You can see where that might lead. This is not a good development. I haven't seen any comment on this but it might come up in Senate hearings today.
