I had buy signals this morning, when the Dow came close to its '98 support level of 7,500; when the VIX came close to the Sept. panic level of 57; and when a McClellan-type up/down vol. indicator for the NYSE hit Sept. levels. I posted the charts on another list last night. I posted on the SAII list earlier today, too.

Some permabulls finally capitulated, too, with a "grim" outlook on the market. Another reliable signal.
