I thought about that also, and that is why they had to offer a 13% dividend, but it's quite obvious, people have to write checks, even though they might less and less.
For them to up the dividend so close after becoming public is a very good sign. I am worried about the first trust unit that will have to lower the dividend.

Concerning EAT.UN, if it falls to 9.40, the yield will reach 12%, and at that time, I will average down.
