I also got filled at $4.25 (although my order was a GTC order at $4.25).

Maybe someone with a lot of money wanted it at that price...

You got a terrific bargain, IMO

I just took the money I got by selling 10% of my BEARX and put it into FAX, but had to pay $4.41

I had a limit order for some FAX at $4.36, entered weeks ago, and was also filled at $4.25 today.
