That column reminds me of a financial form I had to fill out a while back for a car loan. It had three check boxes, Do you rent? Do you own your own home? Are you in the process of buying your own home?----I asked the rep what the third one meant and he said it meant that if you had a home with a mortgage, they consider you to be buying your home, but not owning it.

If you mean the banks, isn't it true that the banks just turn around and sell the real estate to new owners?
