But NOC and RTN are coming back nicely, especially NOC which was strangely down 40-45% from highs. Defense stocks are the strongest group potentially going forward with the least risk. Government spending is going way up.

Bruce, did ORB beat by 6 cents? I see 12 cents diluted gain vs. 06 expected? Under $5.00 it looks very cheap to me, too.
