DJ: Thanks for your input. Who is MS? I will use my own judgement for my actions. SE is not yet lost for Dell. Right now it is at $7.2B if you add treasury. But this treasury will be used for option exercise coverage. I don't know whether that will result in losing most of the $2.8b in treasury. Michael is doing an excellent job in most areas. If all that nullified by inequity in distribution, or bad judgements in derivative trading, you have to watchout. The kid has an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the right way of corporate governance. As I said before, you don't need a shepherd. You are a smart and educated man. You can find your own path. so much for preaching. I will look into the link you gave.
