The best way to do that is to look at insider buying. In 1974 I bought stock in Loew's Theaters (at $10/sh) because the Tisch brothers were big buyers (CHM and CFO) and the stock yielded 10%. I sold it within a year and got a quick 50% profit, thinking how smart I was. The downside of the story is that the stock went to over 100 after splits.
