Yes they can, but I think you would need quite some time and a very calm environment to do so.
I'm not sure if we have either. I agree with ya on holding people accountable, BTW. But like anyone
else don't count on it. At least there are November elections. If folks aren't satisfied with the steps taken
they will at least be able to express it in a convincing way.
