The last thing the FED should do is mess with interest rates. Let the market figure out where the bottom is on it's own. We don't need additional stimulus on the rate front, imo. It would be nice if we could get the President to confront the increase in deficit spending with a solid plan to reverse the damage that has been done on this front. Give our country a guideline for the future which lays out WHERE the money is going to come from!?! I think this would help stem the tide of money looking for other investment opportunities outside the US.
