CNBC reported that retail investors are now accounting for more than 51% of short sales - A Lazslo Birinyi indicator of a market bottom.

I don't know where the measure comes from, nor how it is calculated. But I do like Birinyi...

Yes all indicators point to an oversold market due for a nice bounce. And yet we are closing down again unless the next ten minutes brings us a huge rally. The SOX is set on closing at a new 52 week low.

I would like to have some ZRAN at 15.40. Think Zeev will give me some?
