I have no idea whether tomorrow is the "turn-around". Solid evidence of the turn-around in fundamentals (look at TXN's results, the last several quarters, for objective evidence), is being ignored. Who knows how long it will be ignored.

I think companies like ALTR and TXN and ARMHY and AMAT, are going to have their forward earning's estimates ratchetted upward, just as fast and unexpectedly, as we've seen them slashed over the last 2 years. I'm talking about the market leaders with no debt, who've had the financial strength to do what TXN has done: invest in copper/.13micron/300mm fabs, develop lots of new products. The current doomsday talk about how tech stocks are still wildly overvalued, is going to look silly after the earnings rebound becomes visible.

The Fed has done its work, and has clearly signalled that they will do nothing for a long time, and then raise rates eventually. Not much more they can do, that they haven't already done.
