Rumsfeld may be experienced but IMO he has a very twisted view of the world. Besides a President I see as someone with a vision and charisma like Reagan was. Bush has neither and it would be interesting to see whether his personality matures by the time of his reelection in 2004 so that he will really come across as Presidential next to say John Kerry etc. People still continue to believe that he stole the elections and he does indeed have a challenge to prove them wrong.
