I think fund managers are probably thinking about how the h*ll they're going to meet redemptions.

Where do you come up with a P/E of 23? I get 32. And if you "take out the c&i" you have to subtract out the portion of the income that is interest and investment income from that c&i. Basically, the fund managers may be waking up to the bogus accounting that you and they have been looking at until now, and realizing that MSFT is way overvalued. It could easily come down another 50% and still not be overvalued by historical norms, particularly considering that we're in a bear market, and a vicious one at that, and MSFT is in legal hot water to boot.
