Relative to what? Most don't make money and never
will make money ever again.

A tiny group that makes some money
(e.g. MSFT, ORCL, CSCO, INTC) is not cheap.

SOX was 150 in mid '96 and it's twice as much
now while fundamentals didn't improve.

Drags are cheap or at least attractive.

Sanjay, I agree with the thesis, but we are talking mostly small caps here and you have a long timeframe. The main problem is that when the market crashes, it makes financing difficult for the small, good cos. So you have to make certain that they won't need any cash inflows. But many, many cos. fit that bill and I'm with you on gobbling up winners at a reasonable price.
