Yeh, sure. Just like Iraq wasn't a threat to Iran, or Kuwait or the tens of thousands of Iraqi families that were murdered by Saddamn, testing weapons of mass destruction on them.

There're two major countries that persist in opposing any war against Iraq: Turkey and Iran. I think there is nothing to fear from Turkey --beyond stonewalling the US war effort. However, Iran will certainly throw one or two monkey wrenches into the US campaign against Iraq. The day the US attacks Iraq, Karzai's motorcade will be blown up.
