Your summary of the situation is the only reasonable conclusion, and one that others here were quick to point out. We're getting close Zeev. I have been stubborn in calling each new low not a buyable low. I pray that I will not be looking the wrong way when it comes. Having said that, there is nothing wrong with waiting for the trend to change and jumping on board then. This is the approach I suggest to the less intrepid or more casual trader. What is happening here is clearly a two-sigma sort of event, so the standard playbook is nearly useless. I dunno what your Turnips are saying, but with this last week of data, my Voodoo Box is telling me that the coming rally (near Aug 1 is preferred, but could start earlier I'll admit) will be more violent than the complacent bears and scared bulls expect, but it is looking most unlikely that it will not be an intermediate low, which is a change of plans for me.
