Liz Real estate market in Calif. went through the worst depression during '90 thru '97 because of the cut backs in govn. defense spending during the Clinton yrs. Now, the real estate market could level off some in the bay area with the exception here in the central valley of Calif. Most experts say new housing growth will have excellent growth for the next three yrs.
