A little anecdotal sentiment read.
I went to see an insurance agent yesterday. We were shooting the breeze on the market. I mentioned NT. He said it's probably a buy buy now. I told him I thought it might go bankrupt. But it's so big...

Locked in my mortgage for 3 years @ 5.70% ( .90% lower than the advertised rate and renewal fee is waived ). House will will be paid then :o) :o) :o) Then all I got to do is wait for the next RE bubble... 1 million person influx to Toronto area expected over 15 years, I may not wait long ;o)
