Enron-style loans used elsewhere (surprise!): story.news.yahoo.com I figured this was inevitably the case when a memo was shown on Brokaw's news segment last night in which the statement "...Enron likes these loans..." implied they were a product of JPM, not a product solely for Enron. Smoke/fire.
