Hi Sid ... I am assuming you are talking about market capitalization of a stock which is simply computed by multiplying the market price of the security by the number of outstanding shares of the security thus you have the market value.

thus if you have a company with 100 Million outstanding at .005 then the market capitalization would be $500,000.00 and probably the entire company and all its assets and even the corporate shell is not worth that much capitalization.
